    Reply Intelligence — opt-in, consent-first

    • OFF by default. Turn it on in Settings → Privacy & AI whenever you're ready.
    • When on, ASTRA classifies inbound replies (interested / pricing / timing / objection / OOO) and surfaces reply patterns so drafts stop being generic.
    • We store a 280-character preview + subject only. No full reply bodies persisted.
    • Classification runs through Gemini with no training on your content and no cross-user use.
    • Stored previews auto-purge at 30 days. Revoke consent and purge everything on demand from the same tab.
    • Every consent grant, revoke and purge is audit-logged for you to see.

    Activation polish — one-click sample data

    • Empty Leads page now offers a 'Load 4 sample leads' button.
    • Empty ASTRA Library now offers a 'Load 2 sample assets' button.
    • Both flows reuse the Northwind Cloud sample fixtures used by Explore mode.
