You are responsible for the information you enter, the outputs you generate, and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.

Do not use ASTRA to generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or that impersonates a real person or brand without permission. Do not use ASTRA to send unsolicited bulk messages that violate local communication laws.

ASTRA produces drafts to help you work faster. You are responsible for reviewing every output before you send, publish, or share it. ASTRA outputs may contain mistakes, outdated information, or claims that need verification.

ASTRA processes the content of inbound email replies only when you explicitly enable "Reply Intelligence" in Settings. By enabling it, you warrant that you have the right to receive replies at your connected inbox and to have ASTRA process a capped preview of them for the purposes described in the Privacy page. You remain the data controller for your inbox contents; ASTRA acts as a processor.

You own the inputs you provide and the outputs you generate. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage information to improve the product.

ASTRA is provided on a best-effort basis. We may add, change, or remove features and may pause access for maintenance.

To the extent permitted by law, ASTRA is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability for any claim arising from your use of the product is limited to the fees you have paid us in the prior twelve months.

You can stop using ASTRA at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
