What we collect
When you sign up, we store your name, email and the business profile fields you choose to enter (business name, industry, audience, offer details, tone).
When you use ASTRA, we store the inputs you submit and the outputs ASTRA generates so you can revisit, copy and reuse them.
How we use it
Your business profile and saved context are used to personalise outputs across Sales and Marketing tools. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your saved outputs to train third-party models.
Who can see your content
Your account, saved outputs and business profile are visible only to you. In team workspaces (Studio), shared assets are visible to other members of your workspace.
Where it's stored
Customer data is stored in managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Authentication is handled by our backend provider; passwords are never visible to ASTRA staff.
Deletion and export
You can delete saved outputs from within the app. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, email privacy@astraready.com.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of first-party cookies required for sign-in and session handling, and lightweight product analytics to understand which features are used. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Emails your leads send you (inbound replies)
When a lead you contacted through ASTRA replies, our system is notified so we can mark the lead as "replied" in your dashboard.
By default, we do not store the reply's subject, body, or any preview. The only fields we record are the sender's email address, the timestamp, and which lead it corresponds to. The full reply lives only in your own inbox (Gmail, Outlook, or your own mail server).
Reply Intelligence (opt-in). You can turn on Reply Intelligence in Settings → Privacy & AI. When ON, ASTRA stores the subject line and the first 280 characters of each reply, classifies the intent (interested, pricing objection, question, etc.), and can draft context-aware responses. Stored previews are auto-deleted after 30 days, along with the AI-derived intent. You can revoke consent and one-click purge everything stored at any time. Every grant and revoke is logged as an audit event you can review in Settings.
We do not train any AI model on your replies, we do not share them with third parties beyond the model that classifies them (Google Gemini via Lovable AI), and we never combine reply content across users.
Children
ASTRA is not intended for users under 18.
Changes
If we materially change how we handle your data, we will update this page and notify signed-in users by email.
